Proof (8: 3,3,2) BN. Original, Bronze, per the attribution on the holder. It could be either copper (J167) or bronze. Four leaves under the E in STATES. About 100 example were struck of both alloys. This example comes with an invoice from Samuel H. Chapman, signed and dated November 1, 1910. It was sold in the "Lambert" sale to Dr. G.A. Powers for $1.30 plus 13¢ commission and 2¢ postage.
The strike is slightly weak and there are no mirrors present. This is has an awesome pedigree.
